Key Duties & Responisbilities:
• Responsible to provide customer focused service, based on the standards of the Luxury Collection Concierge
• Meet and exceed guests’ expectations by tailoring authentic and memorable experiences.
• Works closely with all hotel departments.
• Supports the sales department in various Sales &Marketing activities.
• Customer Service Oriented. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
Qualifications and Experience required:
• Prior Experience in a similar position of a minimum 2 years
• Fluency in Russian and English
• Customer Service orientation
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office (word, excel)
• Knowledge of any additional languages will be considered an asset
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality would also be considered an asset
