⦁ Experience in a similar position at 5 star hotels
⦁ Experience and knowledge of a la carte cuisine
⦁ Knowledge of thematic cuisine would be considered an asset
⦁ Basic knowledge of English
⦁ Be Familiar with Quality and Health -Safety Management systems such as ISO ,HACCP
⦁ Communication Abilities
⦁ Pleasant and enthusiastic personality
