Resort Manager

 
Key Duties:
 
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of hotel to ensure smooth progress
Supervise managers from different departments and provide constructive feedback
Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Carry out inspections of rooms, public areas and back of house areas on a regular basis to ensure that high standards are always maintained
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
Ensure that the hotel runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
 
Qualifications and Skills required:
 
Studies in Hotel Management are required 
Work experience in a similar position at a 5 * Luxury hotel for at least 3 years is a must
Prior International Chain Hotel experience, in a similar position would be considered an asset 
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Leadership skills 
Ability to work under pressure
Ability in handling operational problems
Greek nationality
Excellent command of English
Knowledge of any additional languages will be considered an asset.
Computer literacy (Ms office, Opera, PMS)
