Digital Marketing Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all PPC programs (Paid Search, Google, and YouTube as well as Facebook and IG) that align with the overall Goals and Strategy 
  • Plan, develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch, including but not limited to keyword research, campaign outlines, ad extensions, conversion tracking, budget management, etc. in Google Ads, Facebook
  • Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, and adjust budget spend in real time, to understand how and why our tactics and messages are (or are not) working and what would make our efforts more effective
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance by measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking
  • Brainstorm and execute A/B tests regularly. Analyze the results and identify trends/insights to optimize spend and performance
  • Monitoring search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape 
  • Driving targeted and loyal traffic to the website through effective link-building
  • Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies 
  • Research competitors’ placement of online advertising 
  • Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friend

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 3+ years’ experience managing pay-per-click (PPC) search engine marketing in highly competitive industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, marketing, information science, or a related degree is preferred
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) including paid media management, audience development, analytics, and best practices and trends across platforms 
  • High proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics (certifications are considered a plus)
  • SEM & SEO experience 
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and building reports (e.g., Custom Reports, Google Data Studio etc.) 
  • Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to guide SEO strategies
  • A passion for conversion rate optimization, keyword research, and critical thinking 
  • Enthusiasm for search engine marketing and willingness to learn and grow
