Food and Beverage Manager


  • The F & B Manager will be responsible for the successful administration and management of all Food & Beverage outlets in the property,
  • Responsible for securing high standards of service, excellent quality of product and very good profitability results
  • Responsible for maintaining the necessary quality, environment and atmosphere that is required by the demands of a varied and sophisticated clientele
  • Manage all F&B Service staff
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Studies in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Culinary knowledge
  • Hospitality technology experience and expertise (Ms Office, MICROS systems)
  • Excellent leadership skills including effective communication ability
  • Work experience in a similar position at a 5* hotel for a minimum 3 years
  • Provide direction well to subordinates and work within a strenuous high-volume atmosphere
  • Knowledge of food and beverage cost control reports
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Guest oriented with focus on personalized service
  • Sales skills
  • Creativity and flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure in a diverse multicultural team
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2004 & HACCP quality and hygiene systems
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an asset
